When will my order be processed?

Delivery aim is 5-7 working days after April 19th, once your order has left our studio.

UK Shipping -Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.32.

International shipping - We ship worldwide for a flat fee of £7.8 Global Shipping is a trackable service provided by DHL in partnership with the local domestic mail provider. Delivery times vary from 7-16 days (Europe) through to 10-23 days (USA/Australasia).

If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back out to you.

Each print in series iii is available in varying sizes ranging from A4 to 60 × 90cm. Please check each product page for the size of the print.

Larger prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Smaller prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard backed envelopes. To avoid damaging your goods, please take care when removing your items from the packaging.

how to return

My order has arrived and it is damaged. What should I do?

If your goods arrive damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours. Email hello.the.print.series@gmail.com with photos of your damaged print/s and packaging and we will advise.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we won’t be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made by us.
